1. Agreement. By accessing Sub AI Chat, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Adult fictional characters. Every companion shown on this website is a fictional adult character and does not represent a real individual.
4. Service description. Sub AI Chat presents AI companion profiles and links visitors to an interactive conversation experience.
5. AI nature. Responses are generated by automated systems and are not communications from a human being.
6. No professional advice. Content is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice.
7. Personal responsibility. You are responsible for decisions made after reading or interacting with generated content.
8. Permitted use. You may use the service for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless written permission states otherwise.
9. Prohibited conduct. You may not use the service to violate law, threaten others, facilitate exploitation, or cause harm.
10. Child safety. Any attempt to create, request, or distribute sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
11. Identity misuse. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation in a deceptive or harmful way.
12. Security. You may not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls.
13. Automation. Scraping, bulk extraction, and automated access are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
14. Intellectual property. Site design, branding, copy, character presentation, and original assets are protected by applicable rights.
